1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and abc8c4 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the abc8c4 website and all associated services, games, promotions, and payment facilities available at https://abc8c4.vip. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior agreements between you and abc8c4.

3. Account Registration and Security

4. Deposits

abc8c4 accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard may be available subject to periodic update of the supported methods list.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise specified in an active promotional offer.
• There is no maximum deposit limit imposed at the platform level; however, individual payment service providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your abc8c4 account balance in real time or within a few seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.
• abc8c4 does not charge any fee for processing deposits. Fees levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at abc8c4 are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where reasonably practicable. abc8c4 aims to process all withdrawal requests within ten minutes of submission. Processing times may occasionally be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the abc8c4 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• abc8c4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of whether a prior KYC check has been completed.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Refer to Section 6 for full details.
• abc8c4 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by your mobile wallet provider or bank are your sole responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the offer terms. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless the offer specifies a deposit-plus-bonus basis. 6.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

6.3 Abuse and Fraud

Any attempt to abuse the abc8c4 bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage strategies, or coordinating with other players to generate artificial wagering — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. abc8c4 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to close any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse, without prior notice.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games and sports betting markets available on the abc8c4 platform are operated in accordance with the rules published by the respective game providers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game rules.

12. Termination and Account Closure

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

abc8c4 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.

• You have provided false information during registration or verification.

Where an account is closed by abc8c4 due to a breach of these Terms, abc8c4 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending full investigation. Balances on accounts closed for fraud or Terms violations may be forfeited entirely.
